Moulded butter - Gold medal in the salted butter category
Historic product of the brand, Paysan Breton Slightly Salted Moulded Butter has retained its authentic taste for over 50 years. It therefore wins its 3rd consecutive gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole!
Madame Loïk Plain Whipped Cheese with sea salt from Guérande – Gold medal in the plain salted fresh cheese category
It is thanks to its fluffy texture and its sweet and fresh taste that it manages to please and win this gold medal. This is the third time that Madame Loïk Plain Whipped Cheese has won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole.
What is the Concours Général Agricole?
The Concours Général Agricole rewards the best French products. It takes place every year during the Salon International de l'Agriculture in Paris. It awards gold, silver and bronze medals in 19 categories, including dairy products. The products are tasted by a jury composed of professionals, producers and also trained consumers. It promotes quality food from French agriculture.
These 2 medals are in addition to those received at the Concours International de Lyon® :
- A gold medal for Madame Loïk Plain Whipped Cheese
- A silver medal for Label Rouge Brie.
These medals are a great reward for all the Paysan Breton breeders and employees, proof of quality work.
