Concours International de Lyon 2024 : 2 medals for Paysan Breton!
The Concours International de Lyon has announced the winners of its 2024 edition: Paysan Breton won 2 medals.
Silver medal for our Moulded Butter with Guérande Salt Crystals
Our Moulded Butter with Guérande Salt Crystals wins silver in the salted butter category. This traditional butter combines the creaminess of butter with the crunch of salt crystals from the Guérande marshes. A gourmet butter to enjoy on a slice of bread, or in the kitchen for tasty recipes.
Another silver medal for our Fromage Fouetté Madame Loïk Ail et Fines Herbes
Another award-winner was our Madame Loïk Garlic and Herbs Whipped Cheese, which won a silver medal in the fromage frais category. With milk from our farmers and garlic and herbs grown in our French regions all packed into a delicious, fluffy cheese, it won over the jury.

The Concours International de Lyon tastes thousands of products from many different countries, rewarding not only the world's finest wines, beers and spirits, but also the best cheeses, dairy products and charcuterie from the 4 corners of the globe. A jury of professionals and expert consumers chaired by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France Cheesemonger in 2023 (Romain Le Gal) awards gold and silver medals in nearly 300 cheese and dairy product categories.
These awards underline the quality work of Paysan Breton's breeders and employees.
