Method :
- Lavez, éplucher et découper les carottes en petits dés. Steam carrots (30 min), blanch broccoli briefly.
- Blend each veggie with a generous spoonful of Madame Loïk, add salt, pepper & your favourite herb.
- Chill for 4h and serve cold!
