Ingredients for :

4 people

Beetroot Spread

Cooked beetroot
2 Units Cooked beetroots
Chives
1 Sprig Chives
Salt, pepper
1 Pinch Salt, pepper

Carrot Spread

Carrot
2 Units Carrots
Rosemary
1 Stick Rosemary
Salt, pepper
1 Pinch Salt, pepper

Broccoli Spread

Broccoli
0.5 kg Broccolis
Salt, pepper
1 Pinch Salt, pepper

Method :

  1. Lavez, éplucher et découper les carottes en petits dés. Steam carrots (30 min), blanch broccoli briefly.
  2. Blend each veggie with a generous spoonful of Madame Loïk, add salt, pepper & your favourite herb.
  3. Chill for 4h and serve cold!
