Chocolate Bars with Filled Crêpes

Ingredients for :

4 people
Dark chocolate
250 g Dark chocolates

Method :

  1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
  2. Cut the Filled Crêpes into thin strips.
  3. Fill a chocolate bar mold with the crêpe strips, then pour the melted chocolate over them.
  4. Tap the mold on the counter to evenly distribute the chocolate.
  5. Let it set at room temperature, then place in the refrigerator until fully hardened.
  6. Unmold once the chocolate is firm.

Paysan Breton tip

You can also use a loaf tin or individual cake molds to make these bars.
Once the chocolate has set, simply cut into pieces using a knife.
