Chocolate Bars with Filled Crêpes

Dark chocolates
Method :
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
- Cut the Filled Crêpes into thin strips.
- Fill a chocolate bar mold with the crêpe strips, then pour the melted chocolate over them.
- Tap the mold on the counter to evenly distribute the chocolate.
- Let it set at room temperature, then place in the refrigerator until fully hardened.
- Unmold once the chocolate is firm.
Paysan Breton tip
You can also use a loaf tin or individual cake molds to make these bars.
Once the chocolate has set, simply cut into pieces using a knife.
