Method :
- Peel the orange with a knife, removing the peel and white pith. Segment the orange by cutting between the membranes.
- Cut the orange segments into small pieces.
- Chop the walnut halves coarsely.
- Spread each Authentic Crêpe with Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese Nature with Guérande Salt.
- Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with the chopped walnuts and diced orange segments.
- Roll up the crêpes and cut them into slices.
- Serve immediately.
