Milk chocolates

Dark chocolates

UHT Cream 30%

Cocoa powder
Method :
- Break up both chocolates.
- Boil cream and Unsalted Moulded Butter.
- Pour over chocolate. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Leave to cool slightly. Roll into small balls then roll in cocoa powder. Place on a dish and let harden in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Remove from refrigerator 5 minutes before serving.
Paysan Breton tip
You may use rum or Calvados instead of Fine de Bretagne.
