Method :
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel and cut peaches into cubes
- Sauté in 10 g of butter with rosemary and add one tablespoon of honey
- Cut Paysan Breton L'Authentique crêpes in half
- Fold half of a crêpe in two horizontally, place one spoon of peach cubes then fold the crêpe.
- Fold over one of the sides to form a triangle and repeat the process until the end of the rectangle.
- Place samossas on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Melt butter and remaining honey and brush on the samossas. Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
Paysan Breton tip
This dessert is perfect in summer. If it's not peach season, you can use canned peaches or choose another fruit: pears, bananas, use your imagination.
