Brownies

Ingredients for :

4 people
Powdered sugar
200 g Powdered sugar
Dark chocolate
130 g Dark chocolates
Egg
2 Units Eggs
Flour
80 g Flour
Hazelnut
25 g Hazelnuts
Walnut
25 g Walnuts

Method :

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a large cake tin.
  2. Slowly melt chocolate (broken into small pieces) and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  3. Chop walnuts and hazelnuts with a large knife.
  4. Add eggs to butter-chocolate mixture and mix. Next, add the sugar, flour, walnuts and hazelnuts.
  5. Bake 30 minutes and leave to cool slightly before removing from the cake tin.

Paysan Breton tip

For special occasions, serve brownies with a scoop of ice cream, home-made whipped cream or Crème Anglaise.
