Carrot soup with Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese

Method :
- Peel and slice the carrots.
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan and fry the onion and carrots for 10 minutes.
- Pour in the water. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes.
- When the vegetables are cooked, pour the vegetables with some of the cooking juices and half the Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese into the bowl of a blender.
- Blend and add a little cooking juice if necessary.
- Serve the soup and add the remaining Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese on top.
- Add the chopped chives and serve with a few croutons of bread.
