Method :
- Peel, deseed, and cut the butternut squash into small pieces. Pre-cook it by steaming (or boiling) until the flesh starts to soften.
- Peel and finely slice the onion, then sauté it in a pan with a little butter until it becomes slightly caramelized.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the butternut squash, onion, crushed cooked chestnuts, four-spice mix, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix the flours, semi-salted butter, grated Emmental, crushed pumpkin seeds, and black pepper with your fingertips until you obtain a crumbly dough with small chunks.
- In a Terrine Familia Wiss Le Parfait® jar, place the filling at the bottom and cover with the crumble mixture.
- Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until the crumble topping is golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
