Country-style bruschetta with sweet potato, mushrooms and Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese

Method :
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 10 minutes.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated.
- Drain and add the cherry tomatoes. Mix well.
- Serve with a sprinkling of chopped basil and crumbled Whipped Cheese.

You can accompany this dish with arugula seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice.
