Method :
- Prepare the Fromage Fouetté Madame Loïk Nature with Guérande Salt balls: take some Fromage Fouetté with a spoon and roll it between your hands into small balls.
- Cut off the ends of the olives and use them to garnish the balls to form "eyes."
- Place the balls in the fridge for a few hours to firm up. Meanwhile, prepare the soup.
- Peel the potato and cut it into cubes. Peel the carrots and slice them. Cut the pumpkin flesh into small cubes.
- Sauté the vegetables in a little fat. Add salt and pepper. The vegetables should turn golden.
- Pour water over the vegetables until just covered and cook with the lid on for 40 minutes.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, drain them (keep the cooking water) and place them in a blender. Gradually add the cooking water while blending to achieve a smooth and creamy soup.
- When serving, top the soup with "eyes" made from the Fromage Fouetté balls and enjoy!
