Kids Toasted Sandwich

Ingredients for :

4 people
Sandwich bread
8 Slices Sandwich breads
Mushroom
150 g Mushrooms
Ingrédient
4 Slices Chicken breast
Salt, pepper
Pinches Salt, pepper

Method :

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (Gas Mark 7).
  2. Cut Baguette cheese into slices.
  3. Clean mushrooms. Cut into cubes and sauté in Lightly Salted Moulded Butter for 5 minutes. Season.
  4. Add salt and pepper to Crème Fraîche. Spread on 4 bread slices.
  5. On the other 4 slices, place mushrooms, cover with one slice of chicken ham and 2 slices of Baguette cheese. Place the bread slices with crème fraîche (cream side up) on top and top with 2 slices of Baguette cheese.
  6. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese turns golden.

Paysan Breton tip

Serve this recipe with a green salad.
