Method :
- Preheat oven to 200°C (Gas Mark 7).
- Cut Baguette cheese into slices.
- Clean mushrooms. Cut into cubes and sauté in Lightly Salted Moulded Butter for 5 minutes. Season.
- Add salt and pepper to Crème Fraîche. Spread on 4 bread slices.
- On the other 4 slices, place mushrooms, cover with one slice of chicken ham and 2 slices of Baguette cheese. Place the bread slices with crème fraîche (cream side up) on top and top with 2 slices of Baguette cheese.
- Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake until the cheese turns golden.

Serve this recipe with a green salad.
