Lemon Cake with Whipped Cheese Madame Loïk

Method :
- Separating the egg yolk from the egg white.
- Mix the egg yolks with the Whipped Cheese Madame Loïk.
- Wash the lemons and remove the zest and juice from one.
- Add the lemons and mix well. Add the olive oil.
- Add the dry ingredients a little at a time.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into first mixture.
- Pour into buttered, floured pan and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- When cooled, decorate with powdered sugar, lemon zest, and a sprinkling of crushed pistachios (optional).
