Method :
- Wash tomatoes and cut into quarters.
- Wash peas and flat beans.
- Peel and mince onions, peel and chop garlic.
- In a deep frying pan, sweat onions and garlic with Lightly Salted Moulded Butter and olive oil. Add quartered tomatoes and cook 3 minutes over medium heat. Add peas, flat beans, thyme leaves and gently stir before adding the vegetable stock.
- Cook 12-15 minutes over low heat. Check if vegetables are cooked and correct seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Top with fresh basil before serving hot.
