Method :
- Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Mash the bananas into a puree.
- Add the egg, then the sugar and melted butter. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Gradually add this mixture to the batter and stir gently without overmixing.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle the coarsely chopped walnuts on top.
- Bake for about 40 minutes (check doneness with the tip of a knife – it should come out clean). Let cool slightly before removing from the pan and placing on a cooling rack.
