Walnut Banana Bread

Ingredients for :

4 people
Banana
2 Units Bananas
Egg
1 Unit Egg
Brown sugar
40 g Brown sugar
Flour
100 g Flour
Baking powder
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
Baking soda
1 Teaspoon Baking soda
Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Walnut
25 g Walnuts

Method :

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Mash the bananas into a puree.
  2. Add the egg, then the sugar and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Gradually add this mixture to the batter and stir gently without overmixing.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle the coarsely chopped walnuts on top.
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes (check doneness with the tip of a knife – it should come out clean). Let cool slightly before removing from the pan and placing on a cooling rack.
