Method :
- Pour the chickpeas into the bowl of a blender.
- Peel the beetroot. Add the diced beetroot, peeled garlic clove, sesame purée, oil, lemon juice and Madame Loïk Nature Au Sel de Guérande Whipped Cheese.
- Blend to a smooth purée.
- Add the sesame seeds and salt. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Chill until ready to serve.
Paysan Breton tip
Serve this hummus with breadsticks, pita bread, carrot sticks or chicory leaves.
