Method :
- Prepare the slices of bread, cutting them fairly thin.
- Next, place the fig slices on top of the Brie cheese.
- Add a touch of honey. Sprinkle with a few crushed walnuts and place a sprig of fresh rosemary on each toast.

For extra crispiness, lightly toast the slices of bread in the oven or toaster until they are golden brown.
