Brie, zucchini, and chicken sandwich

Method :
- Fry the chicken fillet in a pan with a little butter. Brown on both sides, then cover and leave to cook for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Leave to cool and cut into slices.
- Use a vegetable peeler to make courgette tagliatelle.
- Cut the tomato into slices and then cut each slice in half.
- Cut the baguettes in half and spread with butter.
- Add a layer of chicken slices, courgette tagliatelle, tomato and finally slices of Brie cheese.
- Close and enjoy.
