Method :
- Cut the tomato and onion into thin slices.
- Mix the mustard and fromage blanc.
- Cook the steaks on a grill.
- Meanwhile, toast the hamburger buns.
- Spread the sauce over the base of the bread.
- Add a few salad leaves, tomato slices and onion.
- Add the cooked steak, a little more tomato and slices of Camembert.
- Close the burger and enjoy.
- You can put it under the grill for a few minutes if you want the cheese to melt.
