Camembert hamburgers

Ingredients for :

4 people
Burger bun
2 Units Burger buns
Chopped steak
1 Unit Chopped steak
Tomato
1 Unit Tomato
Red onion
1 Unit Red onion
Salad
1 Unit Salad
Mustard
1 Dessert spoon Mustard
Fromage blanc
3 g Fromages blancs

Method :

  1. Cut the tomato and onion into thin slices.
  2. Mix the mustard and fromage blanc.
  3. Cook the steaks on a grill.
  4. Meanwhile, toast the hamburger buns.
  5. Spread the sauce over the base of the bread.
  6. Add a few salad leaves, tomato slices and onion.
  7. Add the cooked steak, a little more tomato and slices of Camembert.
  8. Close the burger and enjoy.
  9. You can put it under the grill for a few minutes if you want the cheese to melt.
