Method :
- Peel and wash onion, cut into slices.
- Group together 4 lettuce leaves, roll them and chop into pieces. Repeat with remaining lettuce leaves.
- Open cans of corn and red kidney beans. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Brown minced meat in butter and oil. Add spices and vegetables. Stir and add salsa sauce. Season.
- Heat tortillas (on a plate covered with cling wrap) in the microwave for 2 minutes (reduce power setting). Remove cling wrap, fill each tortilla with meat mixture. Top with a few dollops of Garlic & Mixed Herbs Whipped Cheese. Fold in half and enjoy.
Paysan Breton tip
This recipe can also be made with previously buttered brick pastry sheets. Cook them in a hot oven to make them crispy.
