Spring Brie Cheese Tartine

Method :
- Rinse and dry mushrooms, cut into thin slices.
- In a frying pan, melt Unsalted Moulded Butter with oil and sauté mushrooms until golden brown.
- Add 2 tbsp Crème Fraîche, salt and pepper, sprinkle with fresh thyme and gently stir for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Preheat oven using the grill setting. Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Spread mushroom mixture over bread slices and cover with the slices of cured ham.
- Cut Label Rouge Brie into thin slices (approx. 3 mm thick). Slightly layer 2-3 slices on each slice of bread.
- Season with salt and pepper, then bake 3-4 min. Remove from oven and serve immediately with a mixed green salad.
Paysan Breton tip
This recipe can also be made with cooked ham for children, for example.
