Sweet potato naan pizza with Madame Loïk Plain Whipped Cheese, Nuts and maple syrup

Ingredients for :

Milk
100 cl Milk
Baker's yeast
0.5 Bags Baker's yeast
Flour
320 g Flour
Yoghurt
125 Units Yoghurts
Olive oil
1 Dessert spoon Olive oil
Aromatic herbs
1 Pinch Aromatic herbs
Sweet potato
1 Unit Sweet potato
Red onion
1 Unit Red onion
Walnut
1 g Walnut
Maple syrup
1 Dessert spoon Maple syrup

Method :

  1. Prepare the naan dough: Heat the milk in the microwave, dissolve the yeast then let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour with the soft butter, yogurt, olive oil, salt and the herbal mixture.
  3. Pour in the yeast milk mixture then work the dough well until it is homogeneous. Feel free to add a little flour if necessary
  4. Cover with a damp cloth and let stand 30 minutes.
  5. Flour your work surface and your hands, then spread the dough about 0.5 cm thick, then brown them in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, about 2 minutes on each side. (Little tip to make them soft : Put a lid over the pan when cooking.) - Put them aside.
  6. Garnish : Peel the sweet potato, cut it into thin slices and cook in a pot of boiling water for 15 minutes.
  7. Peel and slice the red onion.
  8. Spread the Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese over the entire naan, place the sweet potato slices, the crushed walnuts and the red onion rings.
  9. Heat in the oven at 180 ° C for 8 minutes. Pour in a good drizzle of maple syrup then serve immediately with arugula.
