Appetizer loaf with chorizo and emmental

Method :
- Preheat your oven to 180°C. Peel, degerm and chop the garlic cloves.
- Cut the emmental into thin slices. Cut the chorizo slices in half.
- Score a criss-cross pattern into the loaf using a serrated knife.
- Insert the chorizo and emmental slices between the pieces of bread.
- Sprinkle with thyme and garlic. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately. Your guests can tear off pieces of bread.
