Method :
- Spread the Madame Loïk Nature Guérande Salt Fromage Fouetté over the puff pastry.
- Arrange the slices of chorizo (or ham) on top.
- Roll the top and bottom sections to the centre.
- Wrap tightly in greaseproof paper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Cut the pastry into 5 mm thick slices using a sharp knife.
- Lay flat on a baking tray covered with baking parchment.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Paysan Breton tip
For a festive aperitif, make these puff pastries with slices of smoked salmon. Add a little dill and lemon zest before rolling up.
