Cheese and chorizo pastries

Ingredients for :

4 people
Puff pastry
1 Unit Puff pastry
Chorizo
15 Slices Chorizos

Method :

  1. Spread the Madame Loïk Nature Guérande Salt Fromage Fouetté over the puff pastry.
  2. Arrange the slices of chorizo (or ham) on top.
  3. Roll the top and bottom sections to the centre.
  4. Wrap tightly in greaseproof paper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Cut the pastry into 5 mm thick slices using a sharp knife.
  6. Lay flat on a baking tray covered with baking parchment.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately.

Paysan Breton tip

For a festive aperitif, make these puff pastries with slices of smoked salmon. Add a little dill and lemon zest before rolling up.
