Tuna Rillettes with Whipped Cheese and wholegrain Mustard

Ingredients for :

4 people
Tinned tuna
200 g Tinned tuna
Mustard
1 Dessert spoon Mustard
Chives
1 Sprig Chives
Puff pastry
1 Unit Puff pastry
Salt
Pinches Salt

Method :

  1. Pour the tuna into a salad bowl with the Madame Loïk Nature Fromage Fouetté au Sel de Guérande, chives, mustard and a little salt.
  2. Mix with a fork until smooth.
  3. Chill for 2 hours.
  4. Cut 5mm wide strips from the puff pastry and roll them up to form twists.
  5. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve the tuna rillettes with these flaky pastry shells.

Paysan Breton tip

If you run out of old-fashioned mustard, use a strong, fine mustard. In this case, reduce the quantity to 1 level teaspoon.
