Tuna Rillettes with Whipped Cheese and wholegrain Mustard

Method :
- Pour the tuna into a salad bowl with the Madame Loïk Nature Fromage Fouetté au Sel de Guérande, chives, mustard and a little salt.
- Mix with a fork until smooth.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Cut 5mm wide strips from the puff pastry and roll them up to form twists.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve the tuna rillettes with these flaky pastry shells.
Paysan Breton tip
If you run out of old-fashioned mustard, use a strong, fine mustard. In this case, reduce the quantity to 1 level teaspoon.
