Method :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash, core and slice the apples. Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan, place the apple slices on top, sprinkle with brown sugar and roast over a medium heat, turning regularly.
- Cut the Camembert into 12 pieces.
- Top each slice of bread with 3 slices of apple and a piece of Camembert. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Serve straight from the oven.
