Whipped Cheese, duck breast & apple toasts

Ingredients for :

4 people
Plain Whipped Cheese with Guérande Sea Salt
180 g Plain Whipped Cheese with Guérande Sea Salt
Gingerbread
8 Slices Gingerbread
Ingrédient
1 Smoked duck breast fillet
Granny Smith apple
1 Unit Granny Smith apple
Aromatic herbs
1 Pinch Aromatic herbs

Method :

  1. Toast the gingerbread slices in the toaster for 1 minute.
  2. Cut Christmas trees out of the gingerbread slices using a Christmas tree biscuit cutter.
  3. Finely dice the apple
  4. Spread a generous layer of Madame Loïk Plain Whipped Cheese onto each gingerbread tree.
  5. Put one slice of smoked duck breast on each tree.
  6. Decorate your trees with a few pieces of diced apple and some aromatic herbs, and enjoy!
