Emmental Grape Skewers

Method :
- Peel the grape seeds, cut them in half and deseed.
- Cut the Paysan Breton Emmental into cubes of about 2 x 2 cm.
- Pour the chia seeds in a small bowl and roll the diced Emmental over. Press lightly so that the seeds adhere to the cheese.
- On a wooden pick, place a cube of cheese, half of a grape and a young shoot.
- Place them on a nice plate and serve.
