Madame Loïk Whipped cheese Guacamole, prawns and cherry tomatoes verrine

Ingredients for :

4 people
Avocado
2 Units Avocados
Spring onion
2 Units Spring onions
Lemon juice
1 Dessert spoon Lemon juice
Shrimp
12 g Shrimp
Cherry tomato
12 Units Cherry tomatoes

Method :

  1. Peel the avocados and lemon. Mix with half of the Garlic & Herbs Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Peel the shrimps. Wash the tomatoes. Cut the shrimps and tomatoes into pieces. Reserve 4 shrimps and 4 tomatoes for the finish.
  3. Place in the verrines, a first layer of guacamole then a layer of Whipped Cheese, then add pieces of shrimp and tomatoes and repeat until all the ingredients are used up.
  4. On top of each verrine, place a shrimp and a cherry tomato. Serve chilled.

Paysan Breton tip

Shrimp can be replaced by crumbs of crab or tuna with added candied tomatoes and herbs.
