Method :
- Peel the avocados and lemon. Mix with half of the Garlic & Herbs Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese. Add salt and pepper.
- Peel the shrimps. Wash the tomatoes. Cut the shrimps and tomatoes into pieces. Reserve 4 shrimps and 4 tomatoes for the finish.
- Place in the verrines, a first layer of guacamole then a layer of Whipped Cheese, then add pieces of shrimp and tomatoes and repeat until all the ingredients are used up.
- On top of each verrine, place a shrimp and a cherry tomato. Serve chilled.
Paysan Breton tip
Shrimp can be replaced by crumbs of crab or tuna with added candied tomatoes and herbs.
